Sometimes I get a headache

and wonder if something is trying to sprout.

On Sunday, I woke up from sleep

looked into the mirror and saw something new to me

at the top of my irregularly shaped skull

I saw another head, oh so small,

of a little guy (with quite a mustache)

who wore a look of surprise and softly asked,

Who am I?
